First of all, welcome to Centrelink. We are a semi-casual guild that puts an emphasis on community and teamwork. You are entitled to your own playstyle as others are entitled to their own. This means that the 'hardcores' will not belittle the 'casuals' and vice versa.
We are laid back and casual but that does not mean we are anarchic, there are certain rules and simple etiquette that you are expected to adhere to.
The Free Company has a number of ranks, this table will explain what the ranks mean;
1. Human Services [Master] Typically White Rabbit, is the only one with access to the Gil Chest. This person is in charge of the free company and making sure things run smoothly. You may contact or ask this person if there is a problem, suggestion or whatever else you may wish to bring up. Issues not resolved by Customer Reps may be brought up to this person.
2. Customer Rep [Officer] The founders and only most prominent members who are expected to be mediators and leaders to others. You may contact these people with problems, suggestions and whatever else you may wish to bring up.
3.Desk Support [Sub-Officer] Those who are deemed responsible and contributors in terms of fundraising, management, maintaining order etc… Raid Leaders for content are also within this rank.
4.Employed [Skilled, Reliable members] Those who have and are willing to volunteer their services in the interest of the free company. Having at least 1 Relic is compulsory here as well as demonstrating the ability to reliably run Titan or any future content that we may choose to offer as services.
5.Taxpayer [Fully Fledged Members] Any Level 50 member that has introduced themselves and become noticeable within the Free Company, you may also be eligible to join Coil groups if you are this rank.
6. On The Dole [Recruits and under 50] All members start here.
